ABOUT ME

Many people ask me when I started doing this work. My answer seems to shift from day to day, as the exact starting point I don’t remember.

I first started doing my own healing work when I was 23, after watching the show Starting Over on t.v. It was then that I decided I wanted to be a life coach, and help others transform their lives the way I had seen the coaches on the program do. I used many of their concepts to start my own healing journey. To me, this was when I first started.

In hindsight though, I can see that the work started when I was a young child, and saw things happening before others could. This work started when I was a teenager and counselled friends who were going through difficult times. This work started when my father passed, and I longed to reconnect with him. This work started when I read the Bible for fun, searching for an answer that no adults around me could give.

Since I first watched that t.v show and a seed was planted, I have been devoted to healing myself, and bringing healing to the world. I have received certifications in Life Coaching, Reiki (all degrees), Crystal Therapy, Axiatonal Alignment, Access Bars (and many subsidiaries of that), Tarot, Akashic Records, Past Life Regression, Munay Ki Rites, Hand Heart Healing, Tea Leaf Reading, Indie Head Massage, Integrated Energy Techniques, Hot Stone Massage and Compassion Key. I have created Ohana Generational Healing, as well as written books and created an oracle deck.

To me, healing isn’t a one stop shop, or a magic pill that can be taken to make our problems go away. It is a commitment to the Self, and an undoing of the stories and patterns that keep us stuck.

Aside from the healing work, you will often find me nose deep in a book, singing and dancing along with my favorite song of the day, hanging out with my kids or husband, or following my heart callings, as I teach others to do. I love coffee with a bit of hot chocolate mixed in; orange popsicles in a hot shower in the middle of Canadian winters; rainbows, lights and colors; and deep conversations.

I look forward to getting to know you,
