A big dreamer and thinker, Sara Kuz's life journey has had many twists and turns that have led in unexpected directions.

While working for a naturopath, Sara was introduced to a modality called Psychosomatic Energetics, which she greatly benefitted from physically and emotionally. This inspired her to learn more, and while in training for Psychosomatic Energetics, she learned about her next modality Human Design, which is an in-depth way of getting to know oneself and making informed, energetic choices to reduce the resistance we experience in life. Upon being introduced to the first two source websites, she studied daily for months, which has extended to years and she is now in the 5th year of her Human Design experiment. Within those 5 years of learning what it is like to respond to life, Sara took note of someone who was experiencing significant energetic change, and asked what was the source of their change. That led her to Compassion Key, a modality she only had to experience once to know she wanted to learn more.

Driven to learn and try things for herself, Sara lives to figure out what is worthy to share with others, adding her own unique flavor and perspective. Sara is skilled at asking questions that get to the heart of what someone needs, and recognizing when the need doesn't align with the want in order to confront the misalignment.

Currently, Sara is the energy behind a budding series called "Conversations with the Universe". This a conversation series both in-person and online, which aims to bring peace into the world through observing life in real time, and compassionately holds space for exploring the feelings and philosophical ideologies that shape our world-view.

She works at The Conscious Cove in Kitchener, ON, where she and a colleague provide their holistic services, as well as general and specialized art and meditation classes. She also co-runs a monthly women's circle at The Yurt KW, and tutors math, using her skills of helping others truly get to see and accept themselves in all forums.
